Base Aura Wedding Films specialises in award-winning wedding videography. We are fully CAA licensed and carry both comprehensive Public Liability Insurance and specialized commercial Drone Insurance, allowing us to safely capture incredible aerial footage of your venue. We are based in Manchester and typically film at some of the best venues across Cheshire, Lancashire and up into the Lake District - as well as Manchester City Centre. We can film at any venue nationwide, or indeed internationally although additional costs will likely apply. The wedding day is 100% about you, your family, and your friends. As much as we'd love to get more involved, our role is to capture your day without even being noticed! We're unobtrusive and focus on capturing completely natural footage with as little interference as possible. A pre-wedding meet-up is possible, though we can't always guarantee it during the busy summer months. However, we do offer a pre-wedding shoot as part of our Documentary Package. On the wedding day, we typically arrive well before we are due to start filming you, giving us plenty of time to capture stunning drone shots and get familiar with the venue, if we need to. All of our packages are flexible but designed to provide a helpful starting point. We offer everything from light, short coverage to full-day, documentary-style storytelling, including pre-wedding shoots. However you'd like your memories captured, we can make it happen. We're proud of our flexibility. We understand that wedding videography can sometimes be a last-minute, budget-dependent decision, and for that reason, we fully welcome late enquiries. We enjoy the excitement of planning well in advance, or even with just a few days' notice! Absolutely. Our wedding films are personal and created primarily for your private viewing. It's important to us that you choose music or songs that hold meaning for you as a couple. Our promise is to deliver your wedding film within 4–6 weeks. Often, turnaround is even quicker. However, during peak wedding season, we can get very busy, so we'd rather set realistic expectations so we don't risk disappointing you. We deeply understand that unexpected life events happen and circumstances can change. To secure your wedding date, we require a 25% deposit. If a cancellation occurs within 1 month of your wedding date, the deposit is non-refundable, as it becomes incredibly difficult to rebook that date. However, if you need to cancel prior to that 1-month window, the deposit can be refunded at our discretion. We pride ourselves on being highly empathetic and will always work to issue a refund wherever absolutely possible based on the situation. Booking is simple and transparent! Once you reach out via our contact form, email, or phone, we will discuss your wedding details and tailor a package perfectly to your vision. To officially lock in your date, we will send over a formal booking agreement to sign, and your date is secured upon receipt of a 25% deposit. The remaining balance is then due 4 weeks prior to your wedding day.
